Whirl Wind now offers a complete propeller blade refinish service for the Russian Vperod 2 Blade V-530 propeller blades.
The original V530 blades are wood laminate core with the dope and fabric covering and a multi-piece riveted stainless steel leading edge. Whirl Wind is the only company in the world that offers a full refinish service for these blades. This service completely strips each blade down to the bare wood to allow for new fiberglass skins, a new one piece nickel leading edge, new paint, and static balance. After this service is completed, the blades will be better than they ever were when they were new.

Every blade is painted with a satin black back, and the front can be any of the stock colors listed below. The tip color scheme is a 4” tip with a 1” stripe.
